Step 2

I will arrange a visit to your property at a time that is convenient to you

On an average domestic property this will take around 40 minutes.
Step 3

I will produce your certificate within 48 hours of the EPC survey.

I will then email you a link to your EPC on the official register. Your Energy Performance Certificate will be valid for a period of 10 years from the date of issue.
